Known limitations
- Incident auto-analysis covers **boot-failure class** incidents; for mid-session errors, run `dsh_rollback action=incident` manually to produce the same report. - Bundle-plugin changes require a web restart to take effect. - Corrupted session logs are a data problem and are out of scope for rollback.
