LIMITATIONS

Known limitations

- No frozen DSH SHA runtime proof yet. Static contract + wrapper tests only. - Public CLI has no `doctor` subcommand. Do not add a fake one here. - `capital_authority` is always `NONE` on this adapter. That is intentional.
