Known limitations
- The plugin silently disables itself when the `subprocess` service is unavailable - The Windows notification icon comes from a CDN; offline, the icon is not shown (the notification itself still pops up) - `agent/status` → `idle` fires at the end of every top-level turn — that is the "turn/task completed" semantic - A dynamic plugin is process-level: after a restart you must run it again
