- Current-version detection depends on the install location; on failure the panel diagnostics block gives the concrete reason - The badge lives in the session top bar; blank new sessions (no title bar) do not show it - It checks the version of DeepSeek Harness (`@deepseek-ai/dsh`) itself, not this plugin
