已知限制
- **Device Flow 未经真实授权往返验证**：轮询状态机用注入的 fetch 完整覆盖，但真实的 github.com 往返需要你自己的 OAuth App 与浏览器交互。 - **未执行任何写操作**：全部验证都是只读的；没有创建、合并或删除过任何真实资源。 - **无客户端半身**：不提供设置页或状态栏卡片。卡片走通用的 `presentCall`/`presentResult` 路径，并带有正确的 `kind`（read / search）。 - **源码改动不会自动生效**：tarball 是快照。 - **PTC mode 未实测**：`defineTool` 使 `await tools.<name>(args)` 可用，但本插件未在 PTC preset 下跑过。 未采纳但有价值的设计（结构化审查的证据路由、幂等 PR 创建、diff 预算、flow-state）记录在 [docs/DESIGN.md](./docs/DESIGN.md) 第八节。
