已知限制
- 只管理"当前 profile 已安装"的插件；安装/卸载请用内置 `plugin_manager`。 - `setPluginEnabled` 遵循内置管理器的语义：改动写入 profile 的 `cordis.patch.yml`，对使用该 profile 的全部会话生效；无 HMR 时返回 `restart-required`。 - `listBundles` 富化（组合包名/版本）是尽力而为，读取失败不影响分类列表。 - 配置声明的分类与运行时分类冲突时，以先注册者（config）为准。 - DSH 处于 developer preview，接口可能变化；本插件按 `0.1.x` 的 `pluginManager` 服务面编写。
